The HLW Group is a Professional Property Management Company providing turn-key property management solutions for property owners.The HLW Group was created by a group of property owners.  After using other Property Management offices, we found they did not meet our needs.  Often our properties were being ignored once under contract.  Communication, reporting errors and a lack of follow through was creating more overhead and increasing ownership costs.  Thus The HLW Group was born.  Our service has grown to manage client properties in all phases of ownership. What sets us apart?  We approach each property as if it is our own.   We treat each property, and our tenants with respect.  We believe in a high level of service to return value for our owners.
